AITAC replacement training cardWallet cards are a handy way of keeping your proof of qualification or record of licences and tickets with you.  If you wish to obtain a wallet card for your course, or if your card has been lost or stolen, we can get a new one to you ASAP!

We can also replace your course completion certificate for any courses completed with AITAC or Your Licence.

Your Certificate is the formal recognition of the qualification and competencies you have achieved throughout your course. Some employers require a copy of your certificate as part of their process for their compliance records. These certificates help employers verify the Units of Competency that you have successfully achieved during your training.

If you’ve lost or misplaced your certificate you can easily obtain a replacement.

Place your order, complete the details and we’ll get onto it straight away (within 48 hours). Your new certificate/wallet card will cost $25 ex. GST, and is inclusive of postage to your door.

If you need your card or certificate urgently, you can select Express Post for an extra $5 at checkout.

Please note: This option is only available for training you have successfully completed with AITAC (RTO3591) or Your Licence P/L. We are not able to combine qualifications onto a card/certificate if they were not undertaken with us. If you’re not sure about your training, please call 1800 622 010 so we can help you.

High risk work licences need to be resissued by Worksafe.  Please contact them directly to organise a replacement.

COVID-19 and our approach

AITAC continues to monitor the local impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the latest directives surrounding this. The safety, health and well-being of the AITAC team, trainers/assessors, and our students, is our top priority.

We are continuing to offer face-to-face classes under the most recent advice from public health authorities, and have implemented additional measures with aim to provide the safest possible learning environment for our students. These measures include conducting smaller class sizes, facilitating social distancing wherever possible, increasing cleaning of our facilities, and provision of hand sanitiser.

We need your help to keep everyone safe and healthy.

When attending your training session, please be prepared to follow the instruction of your trainer regarding measures such as social distancing.

Under current government directives for Victoria, a face covering must be worn when leaving home. We expect that anyone attending our facilities does so while wearing a face covering/mask, unless a lawful reason applies. Further guidance on this requirement can be found on the DHHS website.

Importantly, please reschedule your training for another time if in the last 14 days you have:

If symptoms appear while attending your course, please return home immediately for both your comfort and the safety of those around you. If you are seen to be demonstrating these symptoms, you may be asked to leave the facility, again, for safety reasons.

Thank you. We value your custom and appreciate your help in keeping our workplace and each other safe.
