INITIAL OR REPLACEMENT CARD OR CERTIFICATE

Wallet cards are a handy way of keeping your proof of qualification or record of licences and tickets with you.  If you wish to obtain a wallet card for your course, or if your card has been lost or stolen, we can get a new one to you ASAP! 

We can also replace your course completion Certificate for any courses completed with AITAC or Your Licence. Your Certificate is the formal recognition of the qualification and competencies you have achieved throughout your course. Some employers require a copy of your certificate as part of their process for their compliance records. These certificates help employers verify the Units of Competency that you have successfully achieved during your training. 

How do I order?

To request a new/replacement card or certificate, please use the dropdown box above to make your selection, and follow the prompts to complete your order. We’ll get onto it straight away (within 48 working hours). 

Your new certificate/wallet card will cost $25 ex. GST, and is inclusive of postage to your door. 

If you require a digital copy only, please contact us first - we may be able to provide this to you at no charge.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Cards and Certificates are only available for training you have successfully completed with AITAC (RTO 3591) or Your Licence Pty Ltd. We are not able to provide replacements or combine qualifications onto a card/certificate if they were not undertaken with us. 

High Risk Work Licences need to be reissued by Worksafe.  Please contact them directly to organise a replacement - click here to get started.
